Bian leads Roche’s pharmaceutical business in China with a full P&L responsibility, starting from Oct 2021. Vivian started her role in 2019 as Vice President of Roche China, leads the Roche China Market Access team. Vivian has advocated for a more favorable and sustainable access
environment to enable broader access for Chinese patients to Roche innovation, and she has forged partnerships with the healthcare ecosystem stakeholders to improve the healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes. She has also played a leading role in the transformation of the affiliate.
Prior to Roche, Vivian worked at BeiGene and Johnson & Johnson. She holds a MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Molecular Biology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
