Ole Gerdau is Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Bank (China) Co. Ltd. Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and global network. The group provides financial services to companies, governments, institutional investors, SME businesses and private individuals. Ole is responsible for the overall management as well as strategy formulation and implementation of DB China. Ole has about 20 years of work experience most of which he has spent in the Asia-Pacific Region. He holds a PhD in Economics and has obtained his academic education across Germany, China and the US. Professionally Ole is enthusiastic about corporate strategy, talent development and change. On a personal level he is passionate about travelling to new destinations, experience different cultures and never to miss out on the local food.
