Matthew Ye

Matthew YE is currently CEO and President of Michelin Greater China & Mongolia since March of 2022. He spearheads the company’s operation and strategic direction in Mainland China, Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan, Mongolia, leading nearly 7,000 employees in growing businesses including Tires, Services and Solutions, Mobility Experience and High-tech Materials.

Since joining Michelin in 2000, Matthew served a wide range of executive positions in China, France and Romania, he held roles spanning Sales, Marketing, Operation and Strategic direction, etc. Prior to relocating to the China zone, he was the President and CEO of Central Europe Region at MICHELIN Group, based in Romania.

Matthew graduated from China Foreign Affairs University and holds a Master’s Degree of HEC Paris.
